Orchestra

The “SAMA” Orchestra has existed since 2026 and is dedicated to the performance, preservation, and development of Iranian music and the regional musical traditions of Iran. Emerging from the SAMA Ensemble, the orchestra brings together musicians from different cultures who share a common interest in Persian music. Its artistic focus includes both classical Persian music and the rich musical traditions of different regions of Iran — from Kurdistan and Khorasan to the south of the country. Through traditional Iranian instruments, original arrangements, and creative concert projects, the “SAMA” Orchestra creates a space for musical exchange between tradition and the present. In addition to concerts, the orchestra is active in composition, music education, and cultural collaboration. The goal of the “SAMA” Orchestra is to keep the diversity and richness of Iranian music alive and share it with international audiences.
